BPE (the "Company") is an Indonesian focused oil and gas exploration company formed in 2010 by private investors with a proven track record of success in Indonesia. The Company has raised over $ 100 mm from investors to undertake certain exploration activities over the next 2-3 years.

BPE has a select exploration portfolio of oil and gas assets located in offshore western Indonesian proven basins, close to successful plays and infrastructure increasing the chance of success and development of any discovered hydrocarbons. In 2012 and 2013, the Company plans to drill at least seven exploration wells in its various Production Sharing Contract Areas.
